Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our webshop.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Free of wear, damage, or modifications
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as:
- Used communication modules
- Used headsets or ear-related accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@kartcomms.com (replace with your actual email) and include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@kartcomms.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid tracking.
Warranty
Our products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage beyond the stated specifications
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with your order number and a description (and if possible photos) of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and fall under the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
