5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Custom-modified items, helmet integrations, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Warranty

Products come with a 2-year consumer warranty in accordance with EU law, covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include damage from misuse, improper installation, or regular wear and tear.

Karting communication systems require proper installation for safe use. KartComms is not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation
• Damage caused to helmets or equipment
• Use in competition settings where radios are restricted
• Any injury resulting from misuse of products

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KartComms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability related to products or services is limited to the purchase price of the item.
